Drywall Partitions are basically of two types; Gypsum wall partition which bifurcates an interior workspace such for the construction of rooms in an office space and Cement Board partition which are for construction of Wet area Drywalls. The installation is quick and sturdy consisting of GI steel frame which is encased in gypsum plasterboard, any wiring is accomodated within the framing unit itself. The Drywalls are attached on either side with self-drilling screws and the joints are taped and finished with suitable jointing compounds. Apart from their durability and cost effectiveness Dry wall partitions are quick to intall, they are light in weight and act as good sound insulators. Cement Drywalls are good in areas requiring resistance against heat and moisture.
