The quality of material used is important and is one of the determining factors in the completion of work. Since the durability and strength of the False ceiling primarily depends on the gauge of the Frame system and the quality of the Plaster board used.
Our Products are as follows:
Gypsum Plaster Boards:
Plaster Boards are of many types , the most commonly used is the 12.5 mm Gypboard by Saint-Gobain. These boards are cost -effective and are used for both commercial and residential projects. Other boards, depending on the place of installation include the Moisture resistant Board, Fire resistance Board , Sound block board etc.
Cement Boards :
Cement Boards are all-purpose , eco-friendly boards. Their application extends to wet areas, dry areas as these boards perform well . They are available in varing thickness(6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm). Depending on the composition of cement they are further available as Calcium silcate boards as well.
POP Powder:
Offering excellent durability and varied glossy effects, enamel is one of the most expensive types of house paints. Moreover, it is stain and water resistant and can be applied on metal and wooden surfaces alike.
G.I Channels: :
This is the most important component that goes into creating the suspended ceiling. Most competitors provide a low quote to the customer and compensate their profit by compromising the strength of the frame while installation , leading to cracks and indentation in the ceiling. We , ensure all are projects are with a minimum of 0.4 mm thick Frame system if not more.
Jointing and Hardware:
We deal with Gyproc jointing tapes as they provide the best adhesive out there, along with their jointing compound and accessories to give a smooth and even finish to the ceiling.
POP Cornice and Ceiling Flower:
These are ideally for individual homes with a low budget. They come in different designs and sizes and are only recommended if the individual cannot afford a False ceiling (or is looking to let out his place and does not want to invest too much into it) or is looking for a minimalistic design to his / her interior space. A Designer Ceiling Flower is generally chosen to compliment the POP Cornice.
Grid Channels and Ceiling Tiles:
These are used in commercial interior spaces only. Especially to cover areas where centralised AC Ducts run through. In residential projects , they are ideally used in toilets to hide any unnecessary plumbing or electrical fitting on the ceiling or wall. The advantages of doing a Grid ceiling is not limited to just saving time and painting cost, but it also enables any servicing of AC Ducts or electric wiring by simply removing the Ceiling tiles . The Ceiling tiles are of varied types ( PVC Gypsum Tiles, Mineral Fibre Tiles, Glass reinforced tiles, Metal perforated tiles etc) depending upon there usage in different areas of an interior space.
